Our main product is - 'Akhil HE', which is an OpenType font. The main component of our software 'Sugam' is this font 'Akhil HE'. Other components of 'Sugam' are free.

'Akhil HE' works well on Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10; and most probably will keep working well in future versions of Windows, Linux and Android.

As mentioned before, other small components of Sugam are free for all of our customers. So buying 'Sugam' is same as buying 'Akhil HE'. These small components are mainly for entering text on different versions of Windows. These keyboard layouts (or overlays) are useful for entering DevaNagari (Hindi etc.) text using regular English keyboard. But you can use any other input method editor (keyboard etc.) to enter text that you wish to typeset using this font.

We provide newly compiled versions of these components to our existing customers 'free of charge'.

The font 'Akhil HE' is based on a stable and latest technology called 'Open Type' and will remain useful in future versions of Operating Systems like Windows, Android and Linux. So we can safely say that 'Akhil HE' will not require frequent upgrades. It was upgraded only once since 2005. New rupee sign was added. Our customers from west were not asking for upgrade may be because they use the font to read classic Indic text.

We feel that we won't be required to come up with newer versions of Akhil HE frequently, but we keep working on this font. We promise that upgrade cost (in future) will not be more than 25% of retail-price of 'Akhil HE' at that time. So you can assume that your investment in this font is a safe one.
